The RSW Admin/Moderating team has decided that the return of the RacingSouthwest.com Garage also signals the return of the “Garage Ride of the Month.”  Garage Ride of the Month, or GRotM for short, is where we, the admins and mods, scour the RSW Garage for vehicles that are special in one way or another. Perhaps it is an obviously modified street machine or track champion. Or, perhaps the vehicle we will choose is a “sleeper”, highly modified, but as normal looking as any other vehicle on the road.

N.M. Imports will be attending the "Rally in the Valley" car show with a special appearance of  the "new" N.M. Imports Widebody Z32.

Dates are August 7th & 8th, from 10am - 5pm Saturday, and Sunday, 10am - 3pm.

While I have one of the Z's that have the dreaded stalling at highway speeds when pushing in the clutch, and getting surge due to the duel pop chargers receiving air turbulence and confusing the MAF. I think I found a cure besides installing an OEM bumper with the proper shielding. I have a Wings West fascia with the large opening in the front so any of the duel intakes on the market were going to give me this problem. How did I remedy the issue?

This past weekend N.M. Imports decided to head out to Albuqerque Dragway for some street action fun in the 2009 1st annual Street Brawl call out. Three (3) N.M. Import cars showed up to compete. It was nice representing the Z's and there was some close races. Everything else was pretty much high horsepower domestic out there.
